At X-treme we provide a positive environment where athletes can grow and develop their lacrosse skills and learn the game of lacrosse while developing leadership, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. X-treme Lax teaches and reinforces excellence in execution and fundamentals of the game of lacrosse. Our game will be embedded with integrity, hard work and intelligence. We teach, grow, and inspire our girls to become better people on and off the field.

Our priority is to educate the whole athlete through the love of lacrosse. We want to inspire young women to have respect for others, strengthen their sense of personal integrity, and improve their lacrosse skills. Our style of coaching is based on high energy and positive feedback yet we have high expectations for our athletes. We pride ourselves in finding like-minded, experienced coaches with an up-beat style of instruction who possess the same passion we hold for the game of lacrosse. We want all of our players to have the experiences we did which has helped mold us into the people we are today!
COACH & PLAYER RELATIONSHIPS
We mindfully choose committed, responsible coaches who have a passion for the game. Specific feedback is given to players at all levels throughout the year to enable each player to do her best. We commit to keep our club small enough to continue to know every player in our program.
