Michael was a 4 year varsity lacrosse starter at Fair Lawn HS where he was all Gibbs Division, All State & All American. Michael started his coaching career coaching the girls youth program in Franklin Lakes where he lead his team to two undefeated seasons in a row. In 2009, Michael became the girls coach for Indian Hills HS lacrosse program. Along with his coaching team he delivered an astonishing eleven-win season and bid to the state playoffs in his first year. Michael has sent numerous players to play at the Division 1,2 & 3 levels for lacrosse. Over a 12 year span, Michael has a record of 146-104, 3 conference titles, 1 Group 2 North 1 State Championship and was named 2019 coach of the year in the Independence league. Mike currently serves as the head coach at Fair Lawn High School.

Michael has been the head coach for the Girl's Varsity Lacrosse Program at Northern Highlands Regional High School since 2011. He has a cumulative record of 187-77-0. In his first six seasons as head coach, Michael's teams have earned three division championships and a bid to the county and state playoffs. In 2015, Northern Highlands compiled a 21-2 record, league title and a trip to the Bergen County finals. He was named 2022 Bergen County Coach of the Year and The Record Coach of the Year which is the third time he was named coach of the year along with his 2015 & 2012 recognition. Michael is level 2 certified by US Lacrosse and has years of experience coaching all levels of the game including club programs and summer camps. Presently, Michael is a physics teacher at Northern Highlands.

Brian has been the head coach for the Girl's Lacrosse Program at Mahwah High School since their inception in 2007. After coaching 2 sub-varsity seasons, Brian helped transition the team to a Varsity level program in 2009. Since 2009 his teams have compiled a 174-107-0 record while also qualifying for state and county playoffs. In 2011 and 2016, Brian was named Bergen County Coach of the Year and since then, his teams have made the county semi-finals each season. Brian is currently a physical education teacher at Ramapo Ridge Middle School in the Mahwah school district. He also is an assistant varsity boys basketball coach at Mahwah and coached football for thirteen years with the Thunderbirds.

Reagan is currently a Senior at Ramapo College where she will lead the Roadrunners in their upcoming Fall and Spring Season as captain. Reagan has started and played in every single game since joining the team. Shas has seen over 1798 minutes in the net, and recorded 342 saves in 2 seasons. Regan graduated from Mahwah High School in 2010 and was a part of the founding grade of Mahwah Lacrosse program. She was awarded First Team All-League, 2009-2010, First Team All-Bergen County in 2010, and Athlete of the Month in 2010. She was the first Mahwah lacrosse player to be awarded a First Team All-Bergen County award.

Mike is currently a middle school physical education teacher in Mahwah. He has coached High School baseball, basketball, volleyball, and girls lacrosse at Mahwah High School.

Morgan is currently a 6th grade World Geography and 7th grade World Citizenship educator. She played four years of Varsity lacrosse at Barnegat High School where she was also a captain. She was a four year starter in volleyball for Ramapo College. Currently, Morgan is a volunteer assistant coach for Mahwah High School women’s lacrosse and a JV coach for Mahwah volleyball.

Bill was a college athlete at The Pennsylvania State University. With a BA in Physical Education, he has been teaching elementary PE for eleven years in Closter, NJ. He possesses a master’s degree in Athletic Administration and Coaching, while coaching varsity lacrosse and soccer for the Academy of the Holy Angels. In addition, he coaches middle school basketball in Closter. Bill specializes in teaching skill acquisition and fitness concepts to children.

Allie has been an assistant coach for the Girl’s Lacrosse program at Mahwah High School since 2016. Allie is currently the Head Girl’s Soccer Coach and a physical education teacher at Mahwah High School.

Mike has been an assistant coach for the Girl’s Varsity Lacrosse Program at Northern Highlands Regional High School since 2013. While coaching at Northern Highlands he has worked as the Strength and Conditioning coach for both Girls Lacrosse and Football. As a Varsity Assistant he specializes in both defense and goalie training. Mike is currently an Assistant Principal at Mahwah High School.

Lee was a four year varsity letter winner at Indian Hills High School. She currently plays for Butler University.

Jillian earned four varsity letters playing for Fair Lawn High School. She currently plays for Manhattan College where she was named to the MAAC All Rookie Team in 2021.

Sam earned four varsity letters playing at Fair Lawn High School. She currently plays lacrosse and runs cross country for Kean University.

Ashley earned four varsity letters playing at Indian Hills High School. She currently plays for Caldwell College.
